We will meet via. Zoom. Each session will be recorded and made available only to you as the participant for you to revisit your work.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practice Group
A focused, small-group learning format that is a fit for you if you would like to: learn advanced techniques, practice taking risks in the model in a safe environment, and receive accurate feedback on your work. You will be invited to name and get to know the parts of you that may get activated as you work, with the goal to create more space for Self-leadership within your own system.
A maximum of 3 participants who have previous training in the IFS model (for example through: Derek Scott’s IFSCA course or the Institute for Self Leadership).
The group will meet for a total of 6 sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) for 90 minutes.
The format will be as follows: check-in, determining who will be therapist/client/observer for the session, 50 minute (approx.) supported session, 30 minute feedback/debrief with the group, check-out.
In order for this group to run, we need the interest of 3 participants. Once there are 3 folks interested, I will reach out to schedule between us all.
*Note: This practice group is not a substitute for clinical supervision. This is a specialized service focused on developing the skills of the therapist or health practitioner.
